Eat in a caloric deficit and you'll lose weight. There is nothing fast about it..0

Are you right handed or left handed?0

You cna only lose at certain rates and beyond that it will be unhealthy as well as unrealistic and unsustainable. You didnt gain it overnight so dont expect to lose it quickly. 1-2lbs a week si within reasonable rates.

Forget fast
Eat at an appropriate deficit and lose fat instead of using a gimmicky fast trick that seems to just get you to lose water weight which you just put back on just as fast.0 -

Eat less, exercise more, have patience.0 -
Weight loss and fast are not two things that go hand in hand.
Begin by logging your food and sticking to a moderate calorie deficit. Before you know it, you'll be on the track to success.0 -

You should search Google for a calorie counting app. I've heard that there are some good ones.0 -

Fast really isn't an option when it comes to losing weight healthily and you want to be healthy, right? Take it from someone who has tried it the 'fast' way and became a little obsessed, a LOT hungry and very, very miserable and you know what? I didn't even lose much weight. It wasn't until I ate sensible calories and exercised that I found myself losing a decent amount of weight. Healthy is always, always better0

If ur in a hurry to drop some pounds fast for a special event, try the 3 day military diet found on Google
No......just no.0 -
You can lose water weight, but that doesn't do much at all for how you'll look.
I find that people that always want to lose weight "fast", have this unattainable goal and feel that losing that weight will somehow get others to look at them differently. The reality is NO ONE really cares that much.

If your life actually depends on you losing weight quickly (for example, you need a life-saving surgery but can't get it until you've lost X pounds), then that's something you need to have your doctor and/or a registered dietician guide you on.
Otherwise, everyone's right. Weight loss doesn't happen overnight. I go at an unpopularly slow pace (8 pounds in just under five months at this point), but the loss is steady and I feel good. Depending on how much you want to lose, you can expect anywhere from 0.5 pounds - 2 pounds of loss per week. Sometimes at the beginning you'll have an unusually large drop, so don't let yourself think your advanced speed is going to last for the entire journey.
If you'd like some non-snarky answers that don't involve suggesting you hack off an arm, you might want to provide some info: height, current weight, goal weight, why you're in such a hurry, what you've entered into MFP (sedentary? Lightly active? 1 pund/week? Two pounds?). You can't really expect helpful answers when you've provided very little info.
