Pulled something in pain

hello I don't know what happened I have pain in my neck down to my upper back beside my right shoulder blade
I could hardly sleep all night with the pain
Iv had ghjs before 2 years ago it was because my posture was bad
My posture is now so much better iv been working on it
I was thinking of taking the rest of the week of training and if I'm better go Monday
I think the pain started I was lying down in a bad position maybe
Is it best to stretch take anti inflammatory tablets and rest

    Rest, Ice and heat. If it isn't better in a couple days, go to a doctor. And Honestly, you should probably just go get it checked out. I don't know that I would screw around with bad neck pain for too long.
