Per example: I mix fat free plain organic yogurt with vanilla extract and little Stevia. It is only 50 calories for 1/2 cup.

Hard boiled eggs, slim jims (snack packs or otherwise are higher in sodium though), beef or turkey jerky, greek yogurt (full or non-fat, whatever you can fit into your calories), grilled chicken, pretty much whatever you can fit into your calories for the day. Protein is always a concern (to hit our numbers), so I'm just suggesting those here.
Avocado, cheese, or other high fat items are tough to put into the snack category, but you can if you have the room in your calorie budget.0 -

grapes, apples, strawberries, protein chips, greek yogurt... those are a few things I snack on.0

That sounds good! Love avocados and granola! I do not have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen but I like the quick ideas!! Thank you all0

Also: Dry roasted edamame. Nuts in reasonable portions (half an ounce usually tides me over nicely).0

Greek yogurt with raspberries
Granola / berries / milk (high Cals) but healthy
Peanut butter0 -
Thanks all this is really good, my favorite is boiled endamame and I like raw almonds with no salt. Peanut butter i use as a desert and eat like a 1tbsp0

Protein balls..... Look on Pinterest... It will be your new best friend

Mini bags of Popcorn...100 calories. Saves most afternoons at work.0

I love the little wedges of spreadable cheese with pita chips. One wedge is 25 calories and 6 pita chips is usually the perfect amount per wedge. If I'm extra hungry I'll double up the quantity - delicious and filling for only 170 calories (2 wedges, 12 pita chips)0
