A new month, a new challenge!
Our challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!
It's easy to join - Just post here to begin!
You will need a step counter to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

September 1, 3:11pm, I'm at 9,450 steps. I think 10,000 will happen for today. :-)0

I'm at 14147 and it's only 630pm. Maybe my fitbit is screwy? I've had it only 3 days.0

Today is a slow day for me... 4:31 and only at 5,114 steps.
My average day is about 8,000, so I have a lot to make up for today...
But I am going out tonight so I think I can do it, IDK about 10,000 though...

Fantastic to so many September steppers!
I did my morning treadmill but still fell short.

If I am short on steps, in the evening I jog in place in front of the TV. I just have to get those 10,000 in especially when I am so close.0 -
