18C and a brilliant Sunny Evening. A very nice evening in comparison to my last run where it went from overcast to raining and than a few snowflakes.

I have to bow out for now
After my run on thursday i started bleeding a little. My period was a week late but its been all over the place since i miscarried in febuary. Thing is it didnt kick in properly or stop so ive rested but wanted to run tomorrow so peed on a stick just to shut up my stupid brain ......... and im pregnant

Ill see my doctor on monday, ill probebly lose this one too but have to at least try to hang on

I hope and pray the best for you and for the babe. I bled during the early weeks of several of my pregnancies, and progesterone seemed to help, if that's something you haven't discussed with your doctor.

@ruqayyahsmum - I hope it all works out for you and the baby! Hang in there!! Just because it happened once doesn't mean it will again!

Everyone else - I will catch up tomorrow when I am not so tired!
I don't think I posted my run from yesterday - it was a slow and tired run after too much legs at strength training. Today's run on the other hand was wonderful. Sunny but no too warm with a nice breeze. Got in 9+ at a good pace for me and it felt great. For the 1st time in a while, nothing hurt and it just felt good to run! It is interesting though that I didn't have the pup with me (we went out last night so he went to doggy camp) and no less than 6 people stopped me to ask where he was and was he ok... Apparently he has lots of fans and friends!

Heading to the beach in the morning and looking forward to a short run along the water!

    Date.......Miles......Total
    09/01.....7.21.......7.21 + Strength Training
09/02.....0.00.......7.21 - Much needed rest day
    09/03.....6.10.....13.31 + Strength Training
    09/04.....4.38.....17.69
    09/05.....9.38.....27.07
