 A number of struggles this week and very little success. I caught a bad cold, worked all week despite it, had PMS then awful cramps, got to Friday night and said "f it!". It is a wonder that I did not gain this week - eating junk, going over calories and not exercising. To deal with the cravings-guilt-give up cycle I have increased my calories. I really need to find alternatives to eating to make myself feel better. Due to long reinforced poor choices, I struggle to stop and change the behaviour.0

 Successes/struggles this week: I had to work Tuesday night and I let that throw my whole having brkfst and making my lunch pattern off for days. I also was enjoying my exercise ap exaggerating calories burned and compensating by eating to make up for it. I changed some setting in that ap so hopefully it's more accurate. Ski season is coming soon and my knees want a lighter me.

 Maybe you should workout every other day. Gives your body a time of rest. It is probably water retention from your work outs0

After seeing my lowest weight of the week on Saturdays (121.6 this week), recording my highest weight is discouraging. It doesn't matter how diligent I am with my diet over the weekend, there is always a Monday weight gain.0
