Hey guys! So I prefer lifting weights over cardio... do y'all have some good weightlifting workouts that will challenge me? I'm ready to try something new!

Don't just use the app - visit the website, it has videos showing proper form and loads of great information on correct form.

    Stronglifts is so good.

The videos are on the app, as well.

I've been following the program since Feb (45 yr old female). Love it and the simplicity, even though I don't love eating at a deficit while doing it ;) I love the app because I was trying to keep track with notes and found it frustrating. I like the clock to time rest periods and the plate calculator! I didn't spring for the extra to have the exact plates show up for me, but the "70 lbs" each side thing is VERY handy.

My strength and body composition have improved beyond my expectations, although I have a way to go. Following any of those lifting programs will get you results but, as I said before, I like the simplicity of SL.

You should join the Stronglifts 5x5 for Women group. It's not super active but the stickies have a ton of info and I've learned a lot from the posters.
