Hi- I am starting today. I have been much more active since moving to a warmer state. I joined the gym and try to go 2x week. ride bike, kayak, walk but am staying the same. I must admit I do eat a couple of cookies a day and low fat ice cream 2-4 times per week. We eat lean meats, veggies and salads. So thought tracking might help.

    Tracking will help, I promise :)
    Log every thing you eat for a week - you'll surprise yourself at all those extra calories you missed!
