Need some help

Is there anyone willing to help me out on losing some weight? I'm 19 and I weigh 180ish pounds and want to be down to at least 130 pounds. Any tips? :) anyone who's actually gone from that size successfully? Can you give me a list of good recipes to help me? Thanks you everyone! <3

    I'm a work in progress. I've gone from 202 to 153 and have about 30 pounds to go. I'm 62 and only 5 ft 1 in. I find that sticking to the plan and daily weighing help keep me on track.

    I started out at 205 and I'm trying to get to that weight.

    I like skinnytaste.com/ for recipes. Last night I made the Eggplant Rollatini with Spinach. YUM!

    Eat at a calorie deficit, move a little more and you'll be waving goodbye to those unwanted pounds :]
    Also - keep a positive and focused outlook. Take one day at a time and enjoy the process!
