5 more miles yesterday, Sept. 12, for a total of 40 September miles of walking for exercise. Today is my rest day but I will be back at it on Monday! 9/13/15: 6375 steps - 2.78 miles. 1:00'04" 277 calories. (Driveway) Normally a day of rest, but movement is important to healing at this time.
Howllo Everyone! Surgery was a success, I am doing alright. I have about a 3 1/2 inch scar on my side now plus the hole where the drain was. I have to take antibiotics for awhile longer and had to take Diflucan for three days. I picked up some good bacteria to take since I really just don't like yogurt. Still on restrictions of no lifting for six weeks, but I can walk as long as I listen to my body.
