Casein protein with a little xanthan gum is a great low calorie filler. Not to chewy though. Most of the others here have been mentioned.

Acorn squash, cook it, a little light butter and brown sugar, put in tupper ware and take with you.
Sweet potatoes, same as acorn squash, substitute cinnamon for brown sugar.
Apples are filling and are an easy go to snack.
Pickles. Lots of sodium there though.

Sometimes eating a bunch of garlic dill pickles is worth a day of slightly swollen fingers.

A big glass of iced tea
Canned mushrooms ( a small can is only 25 calories, and I love them)

Rice cakes and popcorn. I also love skinny cow ice cream bars for something sweet. They're only 160 cals and they're so big! But for busy eating, I eat rice cakes with laughing cow cheese spread on them and kettle corn 100 calorie packs.

I also will drink some sparkling water or coffee with some delicious creamer.

Napolitos, pickles, lentil chips, Pedersons chicken sausages are the best! Also, broths/soup, tuna, salad w/ horseradish sauce (20 calorie sauce 30 cal. giant bowl mix veg.), but mostly protein and fat kill my hunger the rest is mass for volume. Plus, I get too lethargic on carbs...
Do you buy your horseradish sauce or make it? mind sharing your brand or recipe?

Carrots and celery - I add tons to my soups, stews and chili. In the chili I also add a ton bell peppers and onion. I can have much bigger servings by pumping up the volume with vegetables.
