Me and my sister are on this healthy journey together, each day we drop the kids at school and walk, usually two miles on track, well I weigh currently 363 and she's around 280-290 lbs well I use map my walk to keep track of the miles I walk and the calories I burn, I'm trying to figure out if we walk the same length why it states I burn more calories than her, I'm still new to counting calories and exercising ..

You weigh more than her, therefore you burn more calories than her.0

Good for you two!! It's always so much easier with a workout buddy/accountability partner. You burn more calories because you are carrying more weight ;-)0

Great way to start. when I started I walked about 2 miles each day, morning and afternoon to take the kids to school. It's always nicer to have an accountability partner when losing weight.0
