How can I get past my plateau?

Well done on your weight loss, and taking the good advice you were given to heart.
Now you are closer to your goal ( 20 lb to go) your weight loss will slow as your deficit gets closer to your maintenance calorie goal.
Upping your exercise, and only eating back a portion of the extra calories, may help, or just accept as you get closer weight loss will be slower.
On average at 20 lb one can expect to lose 1 lb a week, at 10 lb one can expect to lose .5 lb.
because your calories are low anyway, don't lower then anymore.
Again, well done.

Just adding my experience, after the first couple of months of rapid (too rapid in my case) loss, I *never* see movement on the scales until TOM hits. Then 4 weeks of fluctuating on and above that number, then TOM and whoosh.
What's TOM? I started using THRIVE and I eat Protein bars every day. I'm wondering if I need to increase my water intake. I've been drinking 70 ozs daily but I've been hearing I should be drinking over 100 ozs a day. Anyone?0 -
Even though I log the extra calories I earn with my walking, I never use them. I always eat as close to 1100 calories a day.0

Time of the month
I'm not sure what thrive is, but I have a small protein bar with a cup of tea, not because protein bars are anything special, but more that I like a sweet treat mid afternoon and protein bars keep me fuller longer, for about 90 cal.
Water is just for hydration. If you're peeing yellow, drink more!

You're looking in all the wrong places. The question isn't a 2 week stall. It's how you've only lost 15 pounds in 7 months at 1100 calories. The only answer is that you're eating way more than 1100 calories. And don't shock your system. I tried using a hair dryer in the bathtub and it didn't help my weight loss at all.0 -

I've lost 50 pounds in 7 months. Not 15.0
