Tonight my daughter celebrated her 13th bday with a 'progressive' dinner around SF waterfront & North Beach at places with her favorite foods, and I did so much better making good choices and practicing portion control because I wasn't HANDLING the food... Also: pretty sneaky of me but she & her friend got in +15k steps too! {cue evil mom laugh}0
