I carry my pedometer with me all the time so this is all my walking for each day.
I walk my dogs, so every day is a walking day for me.

The ticker is at Tickerfactory, paste the img- img code only. I use to use the Omron HJ- 112 has the time, steps, distance, cal burn. A nice feature it keeps track of those for 7 days. Bought mine at Amazon. Now I use a Fitbit and love it. Hope this helps.0 -

The ticker is at Tickerfactory, paste the img- img code only. I use to use the Omron HJ- 112 has the time, steps, distance, cal burn. A nice feature it keeps track of those for 7 days. Bought mine at Amazon. Now I use a Fitbit and love it. Hope this helps.
