    Count me in! I am working on losing 20 pounds. I eat too much and I'm having a hard time controlling that. Its mostly healthy food but its still too many calories. I exercise a lot, don't drink much alcohol, but I probably don't get quite enough sleep. I need to reinforce my will power to not have that second plate at dinner time. I've lost about 5 pounds in six months but have stayed at this weight for about 2 months now. Not acceptable to me!
