Pictorial of my progress

The first picture is of me about 7 years ago at my heaviest (recorded as 277lbs) when I was in Russia.

Right next to that is a picture of me taken last Summer at a book signing (probably close to 260lb)

Below that is a picture of me with my tattoo artist in October of last year (approximately 255-260)

The photo next to that one is of me and my boyfriend on our cruise in January. I had started taking care of myself on December 6th,2010 and had lost 25lbs at this point (230lbs)

Below that is a picture of me showing off my progress several months ago (approximately 199lbs, I think?)


Lastly, next to that is a picture I took of myself yesterday afternoon in a cute retro inspired dress I picked up at a local thrift store. (approximately 169lbs)


Still a work in progress but I'm more determined than ever to continue living a healthy, happy and productive life.

    Wow..thats awesome!

    I am 40 as well and may I ask you if you were stuck at all for 2 or 3 weeks while still eating within goal and if you had to change or increase calories or workouts to get past it? Also, did you exercise a lot?
