Volleyball, walking, jogging, skateboarding, tennis. In that order. Volleyball = usually 420 minutes per week. Walking = 225 Minutes per week. Jogging = 45 minutes per week. Skateboarding = 30 minutes per week. Tennis = 60 minutes every other week if I'm lucky.
Throw in a hike once a month for good measure.0 -

Walking daily and I am a new yoga addict!0

Powerlifting. Turning into a bench specialist.0

Mountain biking is my fave, but I actually probably spend more time weightlifting (faster to drive to the gym than the foothills).0

I am mourning the end of outdoor swim and gardening season.
Hiking is nicer now that it's cooler.
I combine hiking and gardening by maintaining trails.0 -
Lifting, trail running, hiking, horse riding, surfing, SUP, and when I can and weather permitting, skiing.0

Rowing is the one I care most about and focus on, but I also regularly bike, spin, weight train, do a little yoga, and occasionally do miscellaneous other active stuff.0

Yoga and Pilates. In the summer, I'm on my bike as much as possible. And, toss a little swimming, if I'm feeling sluggish (esp in the winter ~ but putting on a swimsuit in the winter is kind of miserable, even inside).0
