    O one more ? What is ur favorite/best pedometer?

    The ticker is at Tickerfactory, paste the img- img code only. I use to use the Omron HJ- 112 has the time, steps, distance, cal burn. A nice feature it keeps track of those for 7 days. Bought mine at Amazon. Now I use a Fitbit and love it. Hope this helps. :)

    I did my first 5k run/walk race TODAY! I know I walk that n more n my daily walks but do u no what that does to my mind that not to long ago I couldn't complete 2 laps n now I can ck a 5k off the list! <3;):)<3

    Still doing 10000 plus per day. Will update end of month. Just met my second goal weight this morning. Reached first goal on May 31. Then decided I could stand to lose a few more. Lost another 7 lbs and now am totally satisfied with this number - 122.

    The walking has been fun and productive to my weight loss.
