Better with each day

3 days ago I got on the treadmill after almost 2 years of not using it. First day sucked. Couldn't keep up. 2 days later run a little faster, burned nearly 100 more calories then day one. Hopefully tomorrow j can do a bit more :) anyone else on the same boat as me? Just recently started again? Would love new friends for motivation, advice and ideas :)

    Congratulations. I have just started swimming. I try to add another 50m each time I go. Baby steps.
