I have an exercise video that is called Basic Step and it is considered cardio. Would I put this under circuit training?

I have the same general question. I do Walk Away the Pounds video. How do I log this in under my exercise?????:happy:0

I would enter the name of the video under cardio exercises, and use your hrm to determine the calories, just create a new exercise in the data base..i have done this with many workout dvds0

I have walk away the pounds: walk/jog and I log that as aerobic--high intensity0
