I find that weighing daily first thing in morning works best for me. Helps me identify food that make me retain water or promote weight gain or loss without guessing0

I went from every morning in the beginning and now I weight myself like a couple times a week. I've been at it for over 2 years now.0

I weigh every day first thing in the morning and use Happy Scale (free app) to watch the trend. I like the comparison it gives over the past week, the past month, the past three months, and all time. Keeps everything in perspective.0

It works for me because it helps even out the "noise" from water retention.
This is what I do. Then I update MFP when I have a new low in my trend weight. Libra is great because it will show you the statistics on what your calorie deficit was the last week/15 days/month etc. in order to get the loss you've recorded.0 -

As a rule, I weigh myself every Friday morning when I wake up.
For the next few weeks, I am going to be weighing daily to get myself familiar with the fluctuations. I don't feel I have a particular good relationship with scales so trying to face it head on and educate myself a bit more on why the number goes up and down here and there!0 -

Once a week. In the past I would hop on the scale daily but I quickly found out my weight fluctuates throughout the day. I don't have time to deal with the mixed messages the scale gives me lol.0
