I think I'd rather eat that moth on your profile picture.0 -

We have two active groups here for NutriSystem users, you'll probably have better luck connecting with others who are doing the program there rather than in the main forums. Congratulations on your progress.

Actually, so would I. Probably about the same amount of bug bits per serving.0 -
I'm on my month and a half. So far what I have learned is portion control and eat every 2 to 3 hours. As well, eating 4 or more cups of vegetables and drinking about 70oz of water with the meals that they provide. By the time that I'm done to my goal, I will be done with the Nutrisystem meals and incorporate what I have learned and cook nutritious meals.0

my sister has been using nutrisystem as well. she is learning a lot about how to eat healthy. she is using it as a template to figure out how to eat when she comes off of it it for good. she ordered three months worth, but has been taking a month off between each order to shop for and eat comparable food choices from the regular grocery store. it is going really well for her.0 -
Awesome thats great that your sister is succeeding with the plan.0

I'm starting tomorrow and I am looking forward to it!0

Why do you have to eat every 2-3 hours?0 -
It could be hypoglycemia. I have to eat that often too, or I get sick.
Congrats, OP, on your progress. I'm glad you have a long-term plan in place and that Nutrisystem is working so well for you.0 -
I had a lot of success on NS years back. I liked the food a lot, too and still even order a few things ala carte
Good luck with it!!0
