Before anything is said I know my journey is my journey and I will reach my goals by the work I put in. But just out of curiosity how long did it take you to loose 100 pounds ? I love a good success story :-)

When I was a teenager I went on a really restrictive 'diet' which ended in a eating disorder. I lost 120 pounds in 6 months.

Over two years into it and still at about 93 pounds. I don't really know my highest weight. For all I know, it could be 100, but I'm going with 250 as a high and counting from there, so 93.8 pounds on the kaliometer. ;)

I lost about 80lbs the first year, 20lbs the second year and i'm just now starting into my 3rd year. (30 more lbs until I'm in the healthy category) Everyones results will vary. For reference I'm a 33yr old, 5'5 female, with a starting weight of 275lbs. Good luck to you!

My first year "on program" I lost about 77 pounds. I think it took another 2-3 months to lose the other 23. I was averaging a loss of 1.5 pounds/week.

13 months for 95 lb. Would like to lose 5-7 lb more, but have been maintaining for a while since I wanted to focus on other aspects of fitness.

18 months for 96 pounds and then another 6 - 9 months to change my body composition (lower body fat and increase muscle mass). I could have save myself a bunch of time if I'd started lifting a lot sooner!

How many calories did you consume? I am trying to measure mine. Wondering if I'm doing it right.
