Did 220, 2 sets of 50 followed by 2 sets of 60. If I have time later and can still walk I may try to do more. Thank you for posting this challange, I needed something to get me moving today.0

Squats like no other! 350 squats in 20 minutes!!!! If I have free time later tonight I might even do some more.

Okay I'm having trouble walking down the stairs now, and I only managed to do 150!
I hope to be able to do better the next time we do this mini challenge!

My legs are pretty sore..they feel like they have been shredded. But I accept the challenge. I will be using a resistance band to complete the first 100...then I will be doing walking side squats for the other 220. Thanks for posting this challenge.0
