Stop with posting threads to get validity for your own insecurities and get some professional help. We will not give you the answers you want to hear, we will only tell you that your perception of yourself is wrong and you have a self-esteem problem or are just humble-bragging about your flat stomach.

Last time you only replied to people who agree you could lose weight. If that is all you want, go somewhere else.

Here's a calculator from the Baylor College of Medicine which will show you how many servings of the various
food groups you should be eating in order to maintain any particular weight. Play with the weight until the BMI
    is in a healthy range (18.5 - 24.9).

Here's a body fat calculator, which will also show you what a healthy level is:

Perhaps you're already in a healthy range?

If you want to look/be slimmer (which I don't think is necessary, but you apparently do), increase your
weightlifting. Even body weight workouts can help.

You posted this last week. Stop attention seeking and seek some professional help.[/quot
You don't look fat but, you act like an attention seeking person with low self esteem. Why do you care what a bunch of strangers on the internet think of your body? That is just creepy. It is quite simple to find out if you need to lose weight. Go find out your bmi on one of the hundreds of websites that can tell you.

    This!

I agree with the people that say you might need to find some help. If you think you need to lose 20-30lbs, you absolutely have issues with the way you think.

Lift Heavy things and eat at maintainance.

Honestly? If I looked like you, I wouldn't be wanting to lose any weight at all!

If you genuinely felt like you need to lose weight, you'd most likely have weighed yourself already (or at least when everyone on this thread asked you to). If you wanted to lose weight you'd need a scale and a number to start at right?

If you really do feel like you're 'fat' then you need to seek professional help for your body issues. A lot of people feel bad about themselves but feeling you need to lose 20-30lbs is far beyond what could be considered healthy and could be a sign you have an eating disorder or body dysmorphia.

If you just want to be more comfortable with yourself then listen to what everyone has been saying about working out- body composition is the way forward. And exercise itself is a great way to increase confidence and start feeling good about yourself.

Either way, stop posting threads like this as you wont get the response you want if you're fishing for compliments. Come back to us with your stats and a better attitude and people will be more than willing to help.
