    Yay! Can't wait to see what the 1st brings so I can start the third challenge. Since starting these challenges with everyone on here, I've lost a total of 21 pounds! I couldn't have come close to losing my grand total of 46 pounds without the accountability of these challenges. Thank you so much. See you all next month!

    I've been holding steady, again, the last couple of weeks. (Consistency is a good thing - but I still could use a whoosh!)
    Going to make a point, this week, to do a bit of catching up on some of the 'rewards' from my loss so far, and to pondering/writing some new goals.

    My parents are coming for Thanksgiving. They don't know I've lost 55 pounds since I saw them last...

    Successes/struggles this week: Just back from Italy and now heading off on a two week cruise so not the best time to even consider losing/managing weight for me as I tend to go a bit off the grid on vacation with food etc :D:*
    Hey, for me, that's what makes a vacation - you work hard for it so why not play hard while you're there?!
    Anyway, will just use this months challenge for start and finish I think and certainly will attempt some damage limitation along the way with daily gym visit and only taking the stairs on the ship.....
    As long as I can get my head straight back into healthy mode, as far as gym and food are concerned, as soon as I get back things shouldn't be too bad - my problem is it usually takes a long time for that switch to kick in again so might need some motivation along the way!
