    Yum!

I made something similar as a starters to a dinner party.

I got canned tuna, mixed it up with a little sesame oil, pepper, lemon juice and paprika.
I got cos lettuce and put avocado in the bed of the lettuce, spooned the tuna into the lettuce over the avocado, put some thinly sliced raddish on top and served with my raspberry salad dressing (raspberries mashed with water, Dijon mustard and red wine vinegar).

Will have to make it, sounds good, I love avocado, the avocado mashed should be creamy enough.

    5 oz tuna can
    40 g plain Greek yogurt
    50 g sweet corn kernels
    1/2 cup cilantro minced
    Clove garlic
    60 g onion
    Half lime
    Salt/ pepper
You can put it on tostadas and or cook up some whole wheat pasta or just eat it with some bread or crackers in a wrap or lettuce cup up to you it's really good I used to eat it with mayo and thought that plain Greek yogurt won't be the same but to be honest it tast better

I'm a little weird about using yogurt in food, but someday I'll try that...
