What food do you avoid as its not worth the calories and/or fat content

I avoid nothing at all. I work hard to eat all things in moderation....just not all on the same day, and it depends on my calories goals for any given day.

Any liquid calories that doesnt come from milk in coffee, french fries, greasy pizzas, high calorie sauces, fried anything, rice, full fat ice cream, honestly most desserts that I dont make myself just arent worth the calories. Cooking with lots of oil or butter. I'd rather 'eat' my fats in the form of eggs, avocado, peanut butter, nuts etc0
