I just couldn't seem to stop eating, even though I wasn't hungry. I'm hoping I got it all out of my system and can stay on track this month. I have a 3 month check up on October 30th, and I'd love to be down at least 10lbs (by the doctor's scale).

-to fit in the shorts& shirt in the picture I've attached taken in 2009;
-to have a distinguishable waist line ALL the time without sucking it in;
-to have lean muscle tone & TRIM, NOT just be skinny.
-to reduce pain & inflammation through consistently eating the way I should say with no more than 2 cheat meals per week (hopefully ultimately get cheats down to no more than once a month or less);
-to increase mileage, improve time, stamina, & lung condition while walking & jogging;
-to not retrigger my younger years' struggles with eating disorders;
-to keep weight off long term.
