Hang in there. It's hard to fight off a craving. I usually go excercise or find something else to do to take my mind off of it.
Regarding allowing kids to eat unhealthy food, I found its better to educate them on what is healthy & unhealthy food. We all know candy is unhealthy. My experience is if you don't let your kids have any candy, later on when they do get a hold candies, they tend to binge on it because they feel deprived. Don't get me wrong, I don't promote unhealthy food in my household. Both my boys grew up with healthy eating habits and are healthy adults now but they will go out with friends for fast food or occasionally have junk food. I see nothing wrong with it.0 -
I had to eat regularly so i dont get to that starving place where junk food sounds great.0
