Great job everyone! I was so nervous about weighing in today but I'm a Friday or Sat weigher.
Mondays suck because weekends are usually the time I slack a little since we're always out and about.
I just HAD to comment on this! I'm also normally a Saturday morning weigher, b/c I do my "cheat meal" on Saturdays. I usually "celebrate" my weight loss results over the entire weekend. :blushing: I think this Mommy Challenge is helping me to not go super crazy over the weekends b/c I know that I have to do the weigh-in on Monday mornings. Thanks fellow Mommy Challengers for holding me accountable!0 -
still sittin at the same weight... been super lazy on the workouts for the past few days getting ready for my kids to go to their dads for the summer... but i have fitness classes 4 days a week starting today0

was really bad on my eating this last week due to an aunt from out of town staying with us all last week and not a day went by that she didn't bring something yummy home with her lol and I just had to share in all the goodness :blushing:

I lost 3 pounds this week...so excited even though i was given an inhaler today due to bronchities/asmathic symptoms..just hate it...oh well at least I'm doing good...going to my trainer in a few minutes to tell them the good news...

Unfortunately stuck at the same weight. It's my own fault though. I had a crappy (actually great) weekend, where I ate like junk all weekend. I picked up extra shifts at work and didn't make it to the gym nearly as often as I should have. Here's hoping this week sees more gym action and more self control!0

Day two of a major heat wave in MN. I'm not complaining because we had a brutally cold winter, I'm just bummed I can't go for a walk outside. Guess I'll be doing Leslie Sansone again tonight.

I'm sorry I am just now checking in!! My hubby is a firefighter so we have different schedules and yesterday was our "Saturday" so we went out with the kids all day.
My weight for this week is 177.2
I hope everyone is doing well. I am only a week away from finishing the 30 Day Shred and I'm so excited to actually finish something!! YAY!!!0 -
