Okay I have recently purchased a fitbit and have it synced with MFP. I have been doing really good with my Calorie Intake and staying under what I'm allowed. Now I have added the exercise into the mix it is adding those calories back into my count, I am having a hard time eating those calories. When I try to finish out my day , it will not let me because I am under calories, can someone look at my diary and let me know what I need to do to fix this issue.

Your diary is closed. Also, do you have negative calorie adjustments enabled?0

Looking at your diary, you are using cups for things like chicken. This isn't accurate. You should only use cups for liquids. Everything else, use a food scale. Also, generic entries are not accurate, so try never to use them.0

You should be able to get a decent digital scale for $10-$20. Doesn't need to be fancy!0 -
