Day 1! I had no intention of walking today until I remembered this challenge, I'm loving this one! I'll be mixing walking some days and jogging other days.
I don't use ounces so I've had to change it to litres!

I've decided to change my jogging goal-I don't wear a pedometer so I only count walking/jogging on a treadmill (or outside but specifically for exercise). I am away at a horse show this week which severely limits my gym time, so I took what would be a pretty easy goal for me (1.5miles a day) x the number of days I can go (3), plus a little extra to work for....hate to set goals so low, but my mindset is that I worker harder when they are goals I can actually achieve0 -

I filled up a jug with 80 ounces that I kept in the fridge so I could track it. Yikes. I need to step up the water intake. But even with this, I feel sloshy half the day! Does your body gradually adapt?0 -

I predict that I am going to do a pretty **** job meeting the miles goal. Though I exercise for an average of 1-hr 4x/wk walking/jogging/running are not my preferred means. BUT, I have strapped on my pedometer and will make a conscious effort to walk, walk, walk as much as I can. If I make it at least past 1/2 way to goal, I will consider this challenge a raving success.0 -
