I made some *kitten* boxed gumbo. It was basically just flavorless gravy. Gumbo my *kitten*. I wasted a pack of shrimp on that. Blegh. Tossed it, and went and got four tenders, a biscuit, and some tea from Chicken Express. Of course, I ate it with the obligatory Cholula. Sans biscuit, it was about 600 cals. I think yours was healthier, and more filling... ;)
  • My dinner was 850 calories and ended up being too much food. Rounded up - 250g chicken breast, 60g spinach, 100g tomato, 120g avocado, 200g potato, 14g Country Crock, 15g sour cream, 2 tbsp light dressing.

    What is Cholula?

Chipotle Tabasco is generally better than both.

In the name of science, I'll check that out.

    That's the rational approach.

I have a big bottle of sriracha in the fridge and two backups in the pantry, so I do like the stuff. But, chipotle.

I like them both, it really depends on what I'm eating though. Egg dishes I usually go Cholula.

That seems to imply that bacteria would be able to grow in sriracha at room temp. Makes me wonder, but I wouldn't want to spoil a bottle to test that theory...

All good but lose the diet coke and just stick to water.

If they're the same calories and he prefers Diet Coke, he could stick with the Diet Coke.

I tend toward Cholula because it is less vinegary. I haven't tried the chipotle flavor though (I have have habanero in the fridge). I ran out of Sriracha the other day. I might need to keep extras around too. ;)

Too much vinegar for me. The only clear thing from this thread is that I need to try cholula.

Nah. ;) If it fits into his calorie goals and overall macro plan, there is not reason not to have it.

That's about 3-4 servings for me! I have a small appetite.
