Hi, I'm only starting the Banting today, I'm very nervous but very excited. Have you any hints and tips to make this first week the best kick start I need!

My first two weeks were murder, as I have a sweet tooth. I made fat bombs to eat when I had a dire cravibg, and it helped. There are tons of recipes on pinterest, but avoid the coconut! Happy banting!0

Never heard of banting before, but I'm doing normal LCHF. My first week I only really missed the bread in the mornings. But that gave away quickly.
Best of all when eating LCHF - No hunger - No sweets cravings 0 -

It's the low carb diet really, it's worth a search online as you really can eat lots of tasty food without the bloat of bread/pasta/rice/potatoes etc! I'm finding it's really working for me!! 0
