    Final weight loss goal is 145 lbs. before my wedding in May 2016. For this fall challenge, I am down 6.4 lbs in 12 days. I am getting there one step at a time....literally.

    Bad week.
    My averages still show a loss, but my Monday to Monday comparison shows a nice gain. :grumble:

    CW -284.2 (3.2 lbs gone this week)
    TL - 5.8 ( that is for this challenge... that makes my total since March 2015 68.8 lbs gone)

    I started my own personal challenge on the 1st but i think having group support is even better! I have goal of Halloween but I'll continue until the 30th of Nov. So here are my stats....

    SW: 273 (10/1)
    GW: 250

    10/5 weigh in: 269
    10/12 weigh in 265

    I'm doing pretty good thus far!! And great job everyone else!!!

    Not a huge loss, but I'm on vacation for 2 weeks so my main thing is just not gaining. Plus I've been on an approx 1300 Cal diet since mid July and have lost 27 pounds. I needed a week of not counting but making good choices, which I think I've succeeded in.
