    I am happy with the pound that i lost I I have lost 41 since January and i love myfitnesspal. I have probably tried all of the other diets before and none of them have ever worked . But now i have found something that does work ! Great Job everyone !

    I had to update my starting weight and goal because I got a new scale and it was significantly off from my old one. At any rate 1.5 lb! Probably water weight, but I'll take it!

    Not a good start at all. Have not been exercising as much as I was and too many cookouts! Getting my butt off this chair right now and going to work out.
    Also, need to food shop to get more healty food in.

    Going the wrong way, but I haven't been up to exercising for the past two weeks, so not too bad. I'm just ready to start feeling better and get back on track.

    Although that doesnt seem a big loss, untill yeterday i had benn up at 160.9 , but i have been on the toilet all morning, and probably will be on it even more trhough out the day - so my weight might go down by even more. Dont like being ill like this

    Edit : as predicted i am now at 72.2kg today. - 159.17 lbs. Unsure wither it will change now though as the worst seems to be over.Also TOM is due in a few days, and i already feel bloated :S. roll on next week after the bloating and sickness is away.
