Amen! I had to change my calorie limit because I found myself hungry too often. I changed from losing 2 pounds per week to 1.5 pounds per week, and I am still losing, on average, 2 pounds per week. Maybe revisit your limits?0

Experiment with different recipes / foods and find new foods you love to eat

I find Low carb high fat keeps me full and less hungry0

It's normal to be a bit hungry. Just not willing to eat your own arm off hungry.

I found lots of protein throughout the day helps me to feel fuller longer. But yeah, I had to start moving a lot more to be able to eat what I considered to be a decent amount of calories.0
