Cardio

i jog every week I between training and use the row machine.
What do you for cardio so I can mix it up...Go!!

    Cycling. I ride to work round trip 25 a few times a week. Run 2-3x a week. 1x 50 mile hilly ride a week.

    I've been doing my workouts from fitness blender.com which tends more towards calisthenics. There's a huge variety both in type and in intensity which keeps it interesting.

    Mostly cycling related. Outdoors preferably (anything from an hour up to 100+). Also indoor power meter cycle trainer or Spinning bike. Mixture of speed work, intervals (not HIIT) and hill simulations.
    Also Concept2 rower and occasionally elliptical.
    I don't run as my knees are missing a couple of important bits and pieces.

    Squash with my son once in a while as it's the last sport I can beat him at. :)
