Hi everyone. I'm Rob. I have initially lost 25 pounds, but haven't been healthy in the past 2 months. I'm ready to get serious again and this looks like a good challenge. I can lose 20 pounds by New Years. I'm checking out a new gym tomorrow.

Sometimes it takes days for the body to release the weight...additionally, depending on the type of work out, you may have built up lactic acid. Dont sweat it and keep looking forward! You will get there! :)

Last week's bloat went down but I also ate crappy this weekend. We had to put my dog down on Friday and I just haven't felt like cooking. She always sat at my feet in the kitchen. :/

Building muscle which weighs more than fat. Keep at it and the weight will go

So are we doing a weigh in every Sunday? Or what? We should make small daily goals as well I think. If you walk for an hour a day make it an hour and ten minutes. Doing 20 squats make it 30.

Hi I would like to join the group too please. My starting weight 2 weeks ago was 300. I am now at 290. Goal weight is 150. So I have a long ways to go. But I figured if I count by 20s it won't be so bad.

Hows everyone doing?? I had a setback while at Epcot Wine/Dine (again- twice this month! ) LOL! But I just couldnt resist fireball shots, sangria, and Canadian beer...and then it was downhill from there...hahahaha! But, its ok. Its not a huge set back. Keep it real and have fun, everyone! :)
