What I like bout this is that it took three years.
So many people have a I heard that want to lose 30 pounds in the next two weeks. Things like that.
But the best way to lose weight is slowly. Wait a year or longer.
    Congrats!

I am not going to say I have my life back. I am going to tell you I have a life I never dreamed possible!
This is what it's all about. So very cool, Mr. OP. You should feel so very proud and thrilled. And nice that you are paying it forward through your church support group.

You are very inspiring, your story hit the nail on the head with being addicted to food, and the many reason, I personally eat. You're story brought me tears because I know so many people feel this way, as I do. Thank you for sharing your story.

Thanks for sharing your awesome story. I'm especially happy to hear that you hit one year maintenance. That's the part that scares me.

Great job! In my case after years by slow suicide by food it was gaining speed fast. Thankfully you woke up many years earlier than I did but starting to eat for health is a good thing any age.
