I've used MFP in the past; went from 248lbs to 202lbs. I dropped off the site about 2 months ago and move from NYC to OH.... oh and gained back some of the lost weight (now 213).

On a mission to hit 185lbs.

Would love to add ppl to the friend list again and help motivate each other! :smiley:

    First you need to evaluate why you gained back 11 pounds in two months. What can you do differently this time? What was so different when you stopped the diet? The lifestyle of when you were off the diet is what you need to fix. Did you eat different foods....did you exercise less? Figure that out and it will help you to make a more sustainable plan this time around. There is no point in losing weight if you will simply regain it after the diet.

    I for sure was eating differently and almost didn't get to work out at all. I moved from NYC to OH about 3 weeks ago....
