    I lift 3-4 times a week and I also run and sometimes do MMA. It's not what I eat as much as what I don't eat. During the week I cut out a lot of things like mayo, fries, chips, bagels, fast food and all sugar drinks. I basically eat the same breakfast every day oatmeal Greek yogurt and fruit. I have cheat meals on the weekends like pizza and sushi but I still try to workout hard before those meals and during the week I try to eat healthy

    Yeah, my weekends are killer. But Im going to get back going strong. Fell off a little during my birthday on 10-02-15. Im probably what you were now. Although Ive lost quite a bit myself.
