Here's a great recipe for Shirataki Noodle Pizza crust. I just made it tonight and it came out great.

I've been on the shirataki train for awhile now but I can't really picture how this would work.0

Fascinating. I could see how this works. I personally prefer the zucchini crust one thus far.

@Sabine_Stroehm ...do you make it per the directions she gives in the link or do you tweak it? It sounds like something I'd really like to try!0 -

The zucchini one? I tweak it. I use ground flax seeds where the almond meal was, and brown the crust on both sides on the pizza stone before adding toppings.0 -

i used the normal Shirataki noodles, the angle hair pasta kind because that is what I had in my fridge. My only thing was that I didn't cut the noodles like the recipe called for because I completely forgot, so when I bit into it little strands of noodles pulled out. So next time i will cut the noodles because I can see how that could help that problem.0

Do you dry fry them first? You can't just eat them straight out of the bag, even if you drain them first.0 -

That is probably tofu shirataki then. Traditional does not come in "pasta" shape.0 -

I've made Shirataki Chocolate Cookies before where you first rinse and 'fry' noodles dry. Then put them into a processor with the other ingredients to make the dough. This would eliminate the noodle issue - might try this.0
