Each month people ask me if I'm going too do the next month and so I do. October was a challenge in itself with all we had too go thru and the loss of my mom.
Making this now as I will not be here on November 1st.
I am praying for a good NOVEMBER for US ALL. I do hope the 'oldies' and some 'newbies' join us here.
The key is too MOVE. Set a goal for yourself. You may walk, jog, run, Bike. The exercise is your choice and how many miles GOAL you set is yours alone. The important thing is that you move. Our group has a lot of support. We share progress, photos and we lift one another up...

I'm in , aiming for 30,000 steps a day, I have been doing 15-20 most days at work, so a walk after dinner should see me get there0

welcome 2catslover... It can be anything to measure your movement. miles, steps, minutes, calories..... anything! Have fun and go for it.0 -
I am going to join too! I am going to start with a goal of walking for minimum 30 minutes three times each week this month. Not a huge goal but more than I have been doing.0

April: 491.94 km (305.6 miles) = 43 hours 6 min
May: 361.81 km (224.8 miles) = 35 hours 50 min
June: 569.53 km (353.9 miles) = 41 hours 53 min
July: 230.7 km (143.35 miles) = 32 hours 45 min
Aug: 211.3 km (131.3 miles) = 28 hours 8 min
Sep: 306.7 km (190.6 miles) = 35 hour 2 min
Oct: 441.82 km (274.5 miles) = 47 hours 43 min
October was much better but I'm hoping there will be even more distance in November.

I'm in. My goals for November: ride recumbent bike 450 miles, 30 hours minimum. 2 days a week AB and upper body strength training.
11/1: 20.6 miles in 75 minutes0 -
I'm in. My goal is to finish the bike app I am doing and to either do 1 yoga class or 1 swim session with my daughter a week.0

11/2: Day 10 (of 24) of the cycling app I am trying to finish this month.

11/2 - 12.99 miles, road bike, 11.94 ave. rode first 7.6 miles with the wife, 65.19 minutes, 761 caloreies.
MTD - Miles- 23.10,: Calories- 1278,: Minutes- 108.450 -
Im in, my goal is to do cardio excercises in 1hour a day, 5 days a week and to burn minimum 4500 calories for this November.0
