struggles/ victories for the week: The last 10LB are so hard to loose. I started at 162+ so i lost over 25LB so far. 10 more to go and they are hard!!! I talked to folks who state I need to do heavy cardio now. Fat on my inner leg is what seems to stick the most and it's so hard to let go of.
