    Successes/struggles this week: I thought I'd had a good week. Only one binge, the rest of the time I'd eaten normally until Thursday when my IBS got really bad and I've hardly eaten anything since then to try and stave it off. Exercised every other day (gym or swimming). Hopefully next week's weight will show more movement.

    Successes/struggles this week: doing well all in all and got back to logging properly. lost half a kilo and like it! but I was way over calories friday and saturday; I blame lack of sleep and too many snacks in the house. can't bring myself to throw them away but will have to find a way to deal with them in a more controlled way and not buy anymore.

    Successes/struggles this week: I struggled a few days at work where I brought plenty of good foods to eat, but was still starving. I definitely was eating enough calories, but apparently my body didn't think so. Also I had a splurge day yesterday (I don't get many date days with my husband) but it turned out alright in the end!

    Successes/struggles this week: I feel awesome. I've got more energy than I've had in months (which still isn't much, but it is an improvement). I've stopped binging. My cravings are gone. My blood sugar has stabilized. I hate grocery shopping and cooking, but things are going so well it is hard to argue with my doc's demands. I don't even want to argue with him anymore.

    I didn't plan on losing that much. However, the week before I gained 8 pounds. I have food problems. It's a very strong addiction. I know what I need to do to lose weight. I just have a hard time with moderation. I can't eat a little of something and then stop. This is a constant struggle.

    Successes/struggles this week: The struggle this week will be to stay motivated and don't give in to temptations. If I can get through a month of doing well it becomes easier until food issues derail me.

    Successes/struggles this week: I am successfully on days 9-15 of a 30 day elimination diet (no added sugar, no dairy, no legumes, no grains) this week - no more cravings, headaches from first week seem to be gone.

This week I've quit drinking caffeine and with it my cravings and sugar intake have decreased dramatically and I feel much better. Still a little sleepy from the crash but headaches are gone and I feel pretty good.

    Weight lost/gained this week: Made it down to 175.6 on Wednesday, back up to 183 on Thursday night from water weight/binge weight and today I am back to 178.2 after a great day yesterday.

    Successes/struggles this week: Re-upped my healthy groceries that way I have no excuse to order out or eat poorly. Did well up until ordering Chinese on Wednesday-- barely ate any. But my Mom also stayed the night at my place& brought me amaazing leftover cannolis and brownie cake.. Woke up barely having gained the next morning, but ended up eating the Chinese. Not only that, but ordered& finished half of a personal pizza, aranchini, and cannoli chips. I did, however, start and stick with my lifting regimine. Also recovered from the binge, not by fasting, but having a healthy low calorie day of tons of my homemade soup and salad-- so I broke that cycle. To another week, we go.

    Successes/struggles this week: This week I increased my activity a lot. I've started walking with my cousin, and we're getting 5.5 miles in each time. Plus, I put that treadmill to use. I was really worried about water retention since my muscles are definitely not used to so much moving, but it looks like my water intake balanced that out. The best part is this routine will be something I can continue.

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm not at all surprised at my slight gain. Last week's weigh in I think was a crazy fluke, because I shot right back up again the next day, and have been going down all week. I think this is for real though. I've really buckled down on working out again this week, and my measurements are shrinking as well. It was a good week!

    Successes/struggles this week: Eating to much candy at work, and donuts. I overate a little bit this week on most days :(

    On the plus side I have quit coffee now for almost two weeks! I have also quit going to Tim Hortons since I got food poisoning/ stomach flu two weeks ago.

    I need to work on increasing my water intake back to at least 12 cups a day, and work on getting more sleep each night, and exercising more during the week.
