Only one binge, the rest of the time I'd eaten normally until Thursday when my IBS got really bad and I've hardly eaten anything since then to try and stave it off. Exercised every other day (gym or swimming). Hopefully next week's weight will show more movement.0 -

I definitely was eating enough calories, but apparently my body didn't think so. Also I had a splurge day yesterday (I don't get many date days with my husband) but it turned out alright in the end!

I didn't plan on losing that much. However, the week before I gained 8 pounds. I have food problems. It's a very strong addiction. I know what I need to do to lose weight. I just have a hard time with moderation. I can't eat a little of something and then stop. This is a constant struggle.
Successes/struggles this week: The struggle this week will be to stay motivated and don't give in to temptations. If I can get through a month of doing well it becomes easier until food issues derail me.

Successes/struggles this week: Re-upped my healthy groceries that way I have no excuse to order out or eat poorly. Did well up until ordering Chinese on Wednesday-- barely ate any. But my Mom also stayed the night at my place& brought me amaazing leftover cannolis and brownie cake.. Woke up barely having gained the next morning, but ended up eating the Chinese. Not only that, but ordered& finished half of a personal pizza, aranchini, and cannoli chips. I did, however, start and stick with my lifting regimine. Also recovered from the binge, not by fasting, but having a healthy low calorie day of tons of my homemade soup and salad-- so I broke that cycle. To another week, we go.0 -

Last week's weigh in I think was a crazy fluke, because I shot right back up again the next day, and have been going down all week. I think this is for real though. On the plus side I have quit coffee now for almost two weeks! I have also quit going to Tim Hortons since I got food poisoning/ stomach flu two weeks ago.
