    Successes/struggles this week: Struggle would be a lot of fatigue. Exhausted by 630pm and struggling to stay awake. Body isn't used to the work/pain. Success though is that I finally jogged for 6 minutes straight today. So that was exciting.

    I'm starting to feel quite tired and fatigued. The dull weather is not helping at all. I'm still controlling my eating and putting in walks where I can. But my low energy levels are getting unbearable. Hopefully the GP would have something to do about that...

    Successes/struggles this week: carbs are trouble for me. I ate gluten free though,,,,ugggg. I went from eating 2500-3500 calories a day to 1400...

    Successes/struggles this week: I made sure I got out for a long walk everyday this week and managed to get on the exercise bike everyday. Cut down on the bad stuff..and I feel so much better than before I started last week. Even though the difference is small I can still feel the change.On track hope I don't slip up next week!

    Successes/struggles this week: A little success is dangerous. I weighed in on Saturday, went yippee!, and promptly fell off the wagon Sunday and Monday. I resolve to track every day, good and bad and to work more exercise into my daily routine.

    Week 1: Good start to month but afraid it won't last. Currently on travel visiting friends and doing all those things you do when out having fun. Nonetheless, cutting back on a few things hoping that will keep the weight in check. Good practice for those future maintenance days I guess.

    Chocolate cravings were my biggest struggle this week. For the most part I was able to fight them. I gave in a couple times, but didn't over do it.

    Successes/struggles this week: enjoyed eating this weekend. Not happy with the results of that but celebrating birthdays and other successes is part of life and we had a good time. Back at it hard the last 3 days, just hope the scale starts moving down again so I don't lose my motivation.

    Successes/struggles this week: It started off not very well this week as had family get together at the weekend but I was really good after and I made up for it! I am very happy with my loss after gaining the first week! I haven't been doing any exercise this week so that is my goal over the next week, to move more!
